word of the day: mind
From my experience, our mind is the hardest thing to handle. I’ve got a lot of painful feelings because I can’t control my mind to be in the appropriate way. I’m a person who in the first jobber period. I lost the first job that I worked just for 1 year because I don’t know how to control my mind and be professional.
Before the end of the year, 2021, I tried to suicide twice. However, I have many good friends who helped me from the depression abyss. So I use the time during 2 months unemployed-life to redress my mind.
I lived in a country where Buddhism has been rooted for a long time. So I learn to love myself through Buddhism’s philosophy. I’ve found that peace and solitude are true happiness. The people who practice controlling minds will be mentally strong. I think people have ways to strengthen their mental health. For me it’s meditation. Even in a short time for peace, I can’t describe how happy I am from meditation. It’s one of many ways I’ve learned to have more self-love.
One thing I have to practice to improve myself and add self-value for money-making is English. Therefore I write this article in Medium. It’s my pleasure to learn from your advice. If we could befriend and share opinions, I would be happy for sure. :)
